Vladimir began his academic path at Collège Canado‑Haïtien in Port‑au‑Prince before continuing his studies in New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Chemistry. Driven by a desire to merge scientific insight with business strategy, he went on to complete an MBA with dual specializations in Strategic Management and Finance, solidifying his multidisciplinary expertise.

His early career took him to the heart of global finance—Wall Street—where he spent five years building a strong foundation in financial markets, investments, and high‑stakes corporate operations.

Leadership & Impact Across Industries

Building on his international experience, Vladimir founded and led Inter Capital Holdings, serving as Chief Executive Officer for ten years. Under his leadership, the firm strengthened its investment capacity and expanded its portfolio, highlighting his ability to drive growth, manage complexity, and lead with precision.

Today, Vladimir serves as Chief Operating Officer of V&L Agro Group LTD, a fast‑growing agro‑industrial company based in Rwanda. He oversees operations with a forward‑thinking approach that blends scientific rigor, strategic planning, and market insight. His leadership is instrumental in advancing agricultural transformation and innovation within Rwanda’s agro‑processing industry.

Marie Vianie Lauture Lundi’s journey begins in Haiti, where she developed a strong foundation of resilience, discipline, and community-driven values. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, she cultivated a deep understanding of human connection, service, and the importance of guiding people through meaningful life transitions.

Today, she resides in Rwanda with her family, actively contributing to the development of a growing and dynamic Haitian community in East Africa—creating bridges between cultures and unlocking new pathways for opportunity and integration.

From Personal Experience to Entrepreneurial Vision

Upon arriving in Rwanda, Marie Vianie immediately recognized the country’s unique strengths: safety, stability, natural beauty, and a forward-looking economic environment. At the same time, she experienced firsthand the complexity and challenges of relocating without structured support.

This dual perspective led to the creation of Lauture Global LTD—a company designed to transform relocation into a seamless, guided, and empowering experience.

As Founder and CEO, she leads a consulting, coaching, and logistics firm dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and investors exploring or relocating to Rwanda. Her vision is clear: to provide clarity, structure, and confidence at every stage of the journey.

Marie Vianie brings over 20 years of professional experience across public administration, banking, human resources, and operations. Her career includes leadership roles within government institutions and international environments, where she developed expertise in:

Project management and execution
She notably served as Head of Human Resources within a major government entity, overseeing recruitment, employee integration, benefits systems, and workforce operations for large-scale programs. 

Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a specialization in Project Management, complemented by certifications in business management, micro-finance, and human resources.
